RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I, the subscriber and purchaser, being aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise program, recreational off-road motorcycle riding and the activities included in the RideWithTheKnights training course may be injurious to my health, am voluntarily participating in a physical activity. In consideration of participating in Ridewiththeknights, LLC, I represent that I understand the nature of this Activity and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity. I acknowledge that I agree to only participate in said activity when equipped with the proper safety protection including a DOT, SNELL or ECE approved helmet, proper riding boots, chest protectors, and eye protection.I acknowledge that I will be participating in said activity using my own equipment and I am responsible for ensuring that my personal equipment including my off-road motorcycle is in proper working condition and fully functional. I agree that before each use I will conduct a safety inspection to ensure all the included control components are functioning properly.I fully understand that this Activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions. Having such knowledge, I hereby acknowledge the release of RideWithTheKnights LLC and its representatives, successors and associates from liability for accidental injury, disability, paralysis, death or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program.I agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my ability to participate in said fitness program.I agree and acknowledge that I will be participating in an off-road motorcycle riding course that includes nutritional counseling, motivational and instructional support for motorcycle riding technique and I am fully responsible and aware of the risks involved when implementing the instructional guidance shared throughout the extent of the online course.I have read the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, I understand that by clicking the button “I agree to the terms and conditions” when registering for the online product is legally binding and understand that I have given up substantial rights by binding myself to this contract and have done so freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
